Do you feel that you have no time to
be on your own because of your work,
family and friends related commitments?
Do you think you are an important person,
because you always make yourself busy
24 hours a day without giving yourself a
break? Do you work even in your dreams?
You know that something is wrong with your
life, but you don't even have time to think
about it, because you always make yourself
busy and occupied with the same things every
day.
Days, weeks, months, years are passing by
without even thinking about who you really
are and what makes you happy in life.
That is wrong. Let's change this pattern now!
Spending your days without giving yourself
some quality time-out is like living without
water. Of course, you can live without it
by substituting with other liquids but you
can't hydrate your body better than pure water.
When I am talking about quality time-out, I mean
peaceful, relaxed time-out only with yourself
and with nobody else, neither your partner,
your family, nor your MP3 player.
That's the same thing with your body, mind and soul.
You were born to stay connected with the nature. No
wonder that most of the artists are inspired by the
nature, children are always want to be outdoor and
when we get older we feel the call of the nature more
and more.
But why should we wait till we get old? The nature is
there for you, right now, as we are part of it every day.
Nature is your best life coach! Find a spot in your daily
routine when you can go back to nature and meet your
inner self to discuss your problems, sorrows and
difficulties. Remember, you have the key for all your
problems, but you need to discover your inner self
first in order to get the answer. This takes time,
and requires great listening skills to your soul
and heart. The biggest journey in life is to get
from your head to your heart. Start it today!
Is there a lake, park, forest close by where you work
or live? That's your spot. Timing is not an issue, it
can be anytime, but it is important to give yourself
minimum of 30 minutes a day.
Let's get
Back to Nature!
